Equipment maintenance

We take the safety of both your employees and ours very seriously. That's why we follow a rigorous equipment maintenance routine to ensure that our equipment is in top condition at all times. And because we replace old and worn parts well before they reach manufacturers' wear tolerances, you can be confident that your workers are safe, with the equipment they need to get the job done right.

Some typical maintenance steps are pictured below.

Equipment is disassembled to allow inspection of the smaller, interior parts. Parts are repaired or replaced as necessary. Our factory-trained technicians carefully inspect every piece of equipment after every job. Rejected components are lock-out tagged and discarded.

  • The hoists are disassembled and thoroughly inspected.
  • “Wear parts” are measured and replaced.
  • Lubrication, sealant, and anti-corrosion protection are applied.
  • Electrical modules and connections are tested.
  • All decals are replaced.
  • The hoists are load tested.
  • Each hoist's service and job history are carefully logged.
